All flights operated by FAR Part 135 Air Carriers ("Operators") licensed and certified by the FAA, US DOT and other government agencies. Operators shall maintain full operational control of charter flights at all times. In addition to FAA regulations, operators are required to meet internal standards for safety and reliability established by Legendary Jets, LLC. Pricing reflects occupied hourly rates before applicable taxes and fees. Taxes and fees include (a) Federal Excise Tax of 7.5% for domestic US flight segments (including segments to portions of Canada and Mexico) (b) a Per Person Tax of $3.50 per flight segment and (c) a September 11 Security Fee of $2.50 per flight segment. |
